A tarot deck in the RWS system with 22 Majors and 56 fully illustrated Minors. The artwork is a culmination of both old and new illustrations based on E.H. Shepard's classic work done for A. A. Milne's Winnie the Pooh in the 1920's. Kat has really done a beautiful job channeling Shepard for this artwork.

As you all know, thanks to your support, The Wisdom of Pooh Tarot has made its way across the globe and into the hands of readers and dreamers around the world. You helped us bring this deck to life, and we’ll never stop being grateful for that. It is the gift that keeps giving.
If you’ve been following our journey through our newsletter or on Instagram, you’re likely aware of the struggles happening behind the scenes here at Rue & Vervain due to these devastating tariffs. And today, I come to you with a heartfelt invitation to join us once again.
Even with the reduction to 30% tariffs on goods from China, the production costs for our pending print projects, including the guidebooks, sticker books, and Tigger Too Tarot, have skyrocketed—by more than $100,000. These sudden costs have brought several of our upcoming projects, including Tigger Too and our accompanying books, to a halt.
We’ve spent months trying to find a way forward. And now, we’re taking bold action.

It's the last 70 hours of The Wisdom of Pooh & Tigger Too! Tarotand we are less than $2k away from hitting our $200k Stretch Goal! This has been such a whirlwind and I cannot believe we are already this close to the end. We have unlocked two Stretch Goals so far and are so close to unlocking the third goal, the Tigger Too! Happy Saturday!
It's a beautiful day here in Baltimore, the perfect day to bring this project to a close. To quote our book, "Creating the Wisdom of Pooh Tarot has been one of the most trying, beautiful, grueling, and magical experiences of our lives." This could not be more true, especially now that we are bringing this project to a close.
We still have a handful of people who have been trickling in indicating they needed replacements, but for the most part. We are done! If you are someone who still needs assistance, please reach out to us!
Important Communication Changes
We upgraded our phone system and we now have a new phone number. Moving forward, if you need to reach us by phone, contact us at (833) 221-3800. You can also reach us by live chat on our website during business hours. If no one is available live, it will notify us of your questions and we can get back to you promptly. What's Next?
We are getting ready to launch our Wisdom of Pooh & Tigger Too! Tarot campaign here on Kickstarter in less than two weeks. With our new fulfillment center locked down AND finding out that they integrate directly with BackerKit (that's right! No shipping paid later!) has given us a great head start for Tigger Too. Also, we have worked the cost of shipping into the Tigger deck, so there will be ZERO, ZIP, NADA, NO additional shipping charges to backers in the United States and a $10 flat fee for international backers (a bit higher if you back the wholesale tiers)!

Closing Out Project - Replacements Shipped - What's Next?

Happy Friday everyone!
As of today, we have 75% of replacements shipped with the other 25% in fulfillment as we speak! Tracking numbers are going out over the weekend, so please be sure to keep an eye out for those. They will be sent to the email you provided. With that said, we will be closing out this project early next week once the last tracking numbers have been sent. If you have not received tracking information by Wednesday of next week, please send us a message here on Kickstarter. Of course, if you have any ongoing questions, please reach out to us. We will continue to receive messages from this project long after the project closes.
What's Next for Rue & Vervain?
We will be launching the Wisdom of Pooh & Tigger Too! Tarot here on Kickstarter in early June...just a few weeks away! As soon as we bring this project to an official close, we will go into Prelaunch here on Kickstarter. All previous Kickstarter backers (meaning you) will be notified once our project goes into prelaunch, at that point, if you choose, you can then sign up to be notified once the Tigger Too Kickstarter goes live. The great news is because the Pooh fulfillment took so long, the Tigger Too Deck and all the extras for the campaign are completely finished! We are still finishing up the guidebook for Tigger, but that will also be available during the campaign.
With Tigger Too completely done, we are already moving on to our next project, which we are excited to announce is an Alice in Wonderland Tarot deck! Based on Lewis Carroll’s original tales and John Tenniel’s original artwork, Kat L. Amsel is lending us her talents once again to bring this project to life. We are still in the concept stages, but we are well on our way! Be sure to follow along on Instagram or Facebook to get the inside scoop on all the illustrations as this deck progresses!
